FAQs

What does the CO-ERRA do?

It authorizes defensive, emergency redistricting when out-of-state extreme maps distort representation; limits authority to the sitting Governor’s current term; and preserves Colorado transparency and accountability standards.

Is Draft 1 still active?

No. Draft 1 was withdrawn prior to Review & Comment. Draft 2 (Initiative #143) received a Review & Comment memo on September 5, 2025.

What election is the target?
