🚨 Third Draft Published: Colorado Emergency Redistricting Act (CO-ERRA)
The 3rd Draft of the Colorado Emergency Redistricting Amendment is now officially published on the Colorado General Assembly website.
This version strengthens the people’s power to respond to extreme gerrymandering in other states by allowing the Governor to convene a Temporary Emergency Redistricting Commission when Colorado’s federal representation is threatened.
Colorado has watched other states weaponize redistricting for partisan gain — now, we’re preparing to defend our own voters.
